Information on Personal Data Processing – "Candidate Interest" Form

​Through the "Candidate Interest" form, we collect and process the personal data of the contact person interested in a candidate (i.e., the contact person of a potential employer of the candidate). The data we collect includes the contact person’s name and surname, their relationship to the candidate (potential employer), contact phone number, and email, as well as any additional information provided in the message. This data is processed to fulfill requests related to interest in a candidate submitted via the operator's website (www.talentpool.sk).

​In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning personal data processing and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR"), we hereby inform you about the conditions for processing your personal data.

​The data for this purpose is processed based on your consent, which we require to respond to your expression of interest in a candidate. 

​Providing this data is voluntary; however, we cannot fulfill the request without it. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the controller at info@goodwill.sk. Withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

​We will store your data for this purpose until the request is fulfilled (until the requested information is provided), but no longer than one year. 

​Your data will not be shared with other recipients. Personal data will not be used for automated individual decision-making, including profiling.

Rights of Data Subjects Include:
